there are so many food companies, especially in the Hispanic food industry, who are manufacturing products with ingredients which will either constipate them, raise their blood pressure, and/or, even kill them. Some children have even been diagnosed with ADHD (Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder) which is a chronic condition including attention difficulty, hyperactivity, and impulsiveness. However, in reality many of these children have been misdiagnosed. It’s the chemical MSG (mono sodium glutamate), which was added to their foods, that mimics ADHD.
One wonders… “Why in the world would they add that to their products?” It’s very simple. To increase their profit margin.

Our Beliefs
The main reason why we decided to enter the Hispanic Food Industry was to fill a void that has existed far too long. Paul, our founder, noticed that over the last 20-30 years, little by little, the Hispanic Food Industry has been changing how they manufacture their products. Unfortunately, the changes have not all been for the best. He could not stand by and watch as the industry continued harming the Latino community and the world at large, just to add to their bottom line; how much profit they can earn.
One must make it a practice to always read the nutritional facts, and ingredients labels, when purchasing their food products in the market place. Most of our competitors have not been thinking of the health risks they impose on the consumer. If you read their ingredients labels, you will notice that many add MSG (mono sodium glutamate) which is a reported cancer-causing agent. These same manufactures also realized that the consumer is getting educated about this harmful drug so they now deceive unsuspecting customers by using a different name for MSG.
